SELF REPRESENT FAMILY LAW

For many people, the cost of engaging a Family Lawyer is out of reach.

The Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia allow for litigants to self-represent to achieve a final

result with parenting and property matters.

Should mediation not give you the result you feel is fair and just, the other pathway is to make an application

to the Federal Circuit & Family Court of Australia asking for parenting and property orders to be made.

And that's where the Centre can assist.

With connections to professionals in many areas, including referrals to lawyers, psychologists, family counselors, mediators and more, you will feel totally supported throughout your process.
